1. Rental Agreement

By reserving a vehicle, you accept all conditions outlined in this Agreement. This document governs all vehicle rental services and includes the following terms:

Eligibility:

Renters must be at least 21 years old (or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction). A valid driver’s license and an active payment method under the renter’s name are required.

Driver Requirements:

A valid driving license must be presented at pickup. International visitors may be required to show an international driving permit depending on local regulations.

Approved Drivers:

Only individuals listed and approved during the booking process are permitted to operate the vehicle. Additional drivers may be added with approval and applicable charges.

2. Reservations, Payments, and Cancellations

Booking Process:

All bookings must be completed through our official reservation system. A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation is issued.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major debit and credit cards along with approved payment methods.

3. Rental Duration and Late Returns

Rental Period:

The rental period starts and ends at the times stated in the booking confirmation.

Late Return Fees:

Returning a vehicle after the agreed time may result in additional charges calculated on an hourly or daily basis.

Early Returns:

No refunds are provided for unused rental time if the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled.

4. Vehicle Usage Rules

Permitted Use:

The vehicle must be operated safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Restricted Activities:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road or unauthorized terrain driving
• Allowing unauthorized drivers or subleasing
• Illegal activities or racing
• Violation of traffic or safety laws

Mileage Policy:

Mileage limits, if applicable, are specified at the time of booking. Additional charges apply if limits are exceeded.

Fuel Policy:

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

5. Insurance and Responsibility

Coverage Options:

Insurance options may be offered during booking. Customers are responsible for understanding the selected coverage.

Damage Responsibility:

You are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the rental period and must report incidents immediately.

Liability Notice:

Third-Party Insurance:

Personal insurance or credit card coverage may apply. Verification of coverage is the responsibility of the renter.

6. Vehicle Return Conditions

Return Location:

Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location unless alternative arrangements are approved in advance.

Condition Requirements:

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear. Excess cleaning or damage may incur charges.

Final Inspection:

All returned vehicles are inspected, and any damages identified may result in additional billing.

7. Privacy Agreement

Personal data is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this data handling.

8. Indemnity Clause

You agree to protect and hold harmless Bitcoin Transports, its affiliates, staff, and representatives against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:

• Use of the rented vehicle
• Violation of this Agreement
• Breaking applicable laws
• Accidents or damages during the rental period

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Applicable Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Dispute Handling:

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Maryland unless prohibited by law. Otherwise, cases will be handled in Maryland courts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bitcoin Transports is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income or third-party claims.

11. Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
